You should be able to request this once in the sim. If you fly GA and wish to fly a VFR flight you should be able to pick a runway if ground has it wrong. Both in the sim and the real world ground can clear you to a runway that’s not exactly the best option. Call it human error but I’ve seen it in smaller GA airfields that have a tower.
