The planes are an intrinsic part of the sim, if you did not have a plane, how are going to test it? If you had to buy a separate plane, how do you know if it works with your version of the sim? So what you paid for is a sim with a basic number of “working well” with the simm. The error with MS was the basic package had way to many planes, many similar to each other, a smaller package would have been OK. X-Plane basic package is about 8 planes with the sim. The Deluxe and Premium Editions are OK as they are.
The point is you buy a sim with the basic package of planes. Check any other sim, and I love to know who sell a sim with no planes. It is all in a working package, so I don’t know where FlippinFlow came up with his idea.
