Weather Clouds Texture and Setting

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
It seems that (not for every flight) cloud textures make my game really stuttered and slow with really low FPS and framerate.
I could find that while having this issue just switching the cloud texture quality from medium to high and vice-versa.
Whenever the issue was coming out I could fix it through this procedure.

This happens just one time before I switch the cloud setting.
