I have two questions. First how get the destination weather conditions before departing ? and is it possible to print the navlog (fly plan) and if yes how we do it?. Many thanks.

It can depend on what weather app your using. If you’re just using the MSFS weather you can download little navmap https://albar965.github.io/ That’s what I use to get destination weather and many other things too like developing a flight plan and I’m pretty sure you can print it too.
The default MSFS weather data and navlogs are useless IMHO
