Ho Ho Ho,
I actually wanted to see a Christmas New York or Chicago with snow and sunny weather.
I’ve been trying to fly over a snow-covered landscape on a fine winter’s day for hours now, but no matter how you set all sliders to 0, there is always fog, clouds and snowing when the snow is appropriate. I tried several times to set clouds, cloud density precipitation to 0, always the same. Then I tried to choose cloudless sunny weather, plus 30cm of snow and temperatures, what sun do I get it is cold and no snow-covered landscape, no matter what you do it just doesn’t work with the weather setting. Even with live weather and a flight over Alaska, the best snowless weather. Can someone tell me if there is no snow in Alaska this year ?! I guess there is so much snow that you can’t even see trees in reality. It’s just annoying that even things that can be set in the SIM don’t work and you have to waste hours and hours with settings that are not adopted in the end in flight. Have you had the same experience or am I doing something wrong? It should actually be intuitive and based on a certain logic to set the weather, but it is far from it. I have now installed Rex Accu Season and unfortunately that only works if I set the custom weather and select snow, but no chance of simply beautiful cloudless weather with snow-covered landscapes. But the Trees of the Seasons from Rex work and look terrific.
