ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Clicking on a cloud layer or on a wind layer in the “altitude” chart does not bring you to the corresponding cloud settings or wind settings. The user must instead click on the cloud layer or wind layer using the buttons across the top.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Try to edit a cloud layer in the “altitude” view

See that you cannot open the edit view, and if it does it only shows for a split second.

Click the buttons on the top of the view to select the layer instead.
