Brief description of the issue:
Weird shimmering in the menu and jagged looking edges in the entire game almost like no antialiasing is turned even though it’s it is, in this case taa. Changing to other antialiasing options doesn’t fix the issue. But going out of full screen or setting the game into windowed mode does resolve this issue, short video below.
