Brief description of the issue:
Weird snow textures in specific locations / bush trips like Flight No:8 (Patagonia / SCID to SCNT). Just wondering if this is an issue on my end or a general problem.
Settings are all on Ultra. Couldnt find anything related on the forum/ or Im too blind.
Location of issue:
Flight No:8 (Patagonia / SCID to SCNT)

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
-Different texture settings
PC specs and/or peripheral set up of relevant:
5950X
6900XT
B550 Elite v2
SN850
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.21.18.0
Do you have any texture addons?
No, I dont. Just some free World addons which have been published by Microsoft. (like the Nordic Update, etc.)
Flight No:9 from the Patagonia bush trip looks alright again (more or less). (SCNT to SAWC)
Do you think this is a general problem or is this an issue on my end ?

Textures in general look very off on this specific bush flight. This hasnt happened to me before. Take a look at the rocks.
This was also the case for me when I flew this bush trip approximately 3 weeks ago.

I would think it’s on your end.
Those updates shouldn’t cause that.
Do you have the rolling cache enabled?
If so try with it deleted.
If you have anything in your community folder, empty that as well and try.
Try also with photogrammetry off, to see if the issue is with that.
Heard the same thing on Steam now.
Just glad this is not a problem on my end.

Yeah I should have reported it like you are doing. I was on Xbox Series X though.

Thanks for the suggestion. Ive disabled Photogrammetry and deleted and disabled the Rolling Cache. I dont use any community mods.
Unfortunately it doesnt seem to change anything at all.
Since this is a bush trip, you could also try the flight in the sim without using the “bush trip” to start.
It could be an issue with the trip.

Is there a way to find/show the coordinates so I can use them on free flight ?
Their is, but from Developer mode.

I saw the same snow pattern in Greenland. Probably just the way it is in MSFS in these remote locations where there are not really good satellite pictures
