Brief description of the issue:
For some few days now, at every MSFS launch, I’m prompted with the Xbox “Welcome Back” pop-up window (screen shot #1), waiting to press NEXT, then few seconds later, another same prompt (screen shot #2)

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
MSFS 1.34.16.0
(Gaming Services) 16.82.23001.0
1 Open Xbox insider hub app
2 Click previews > PC Gaming > manage > leave preview > continue
3 be patient > restart PC
4 In windows seacrh bar type
powershell
Right-click on windows powershell and select run as administrator
Copy the following command and paste into powershell (right-click to paste into powershell window)
Remove-Item -Path “HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices” -Recurse
press enter
Copy the following command and paste into powershell (right-click to paste into powershell)
Remove-Item -Path “HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet” -Recurse
press enter
Copy the following command and paste into powershell
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
press enter
Restart PC
Run powershell as administrator.
Copy the following command and paste into powershell
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Click Install
Launch MSFS - fly safe capt!
This procedure failed to fix the problem for me.
This worked for me mate - windows 10 pro.
I have Windows 10 Home. Gaming service update caused the problem for me and many others a couple of days ago!

I followed all steps of the process.
The popup appears at the msfs sign in screen and again when msfs is loading.
Maybe it would be useful if you could explain in more detail why this is necessary. For me (and others) it started after the gaming services update.
Same thing happened to me – lost every one of my control settings, accessibility settings all reset, everything. Completely annoyed.
Find the differences between the two pictures!

click apps & features > gaming services > advanced options

I do NOT have the “Lets get you signed in” popup, I get the Welcome back popup. In my previous post, I was referring to the msfs intial loading screen that has the message "Signing in! in the bottom right hand corner.
I see that the gaming services version is different but Windows store says I’m up to date.
I would prefer more detail if possible. Thanks for you help, it is appreciated.

reinstall gaming services via powershell
I did. But Windows Store automatically updated it afterwards!!!
