MSFS ATC has lots of gotchas in it for sure, it’s better than it was, but still work needs to be done and Asobo has acknowledged this. The hand-off to another station is normal procedures as I get it, that it happens as often as it does well, same in FSX, and in XP, they controller repeats his command until you acknowledge it, even though you may be real busy with something else. Of all of the “stock ones” I like FSX best, mostly becuase I am used to it. The Flight Planning in MSFS needs to allow mid point landings and approaches, etc., i.e., I plan Flight from KATL to KSFO, stopping in KDAL and maybe KDEN. I want to be able to put in each of those stopovers, with the correct STAR/SID’s and ILS Runway landings. In other words want total and complete flight planning without anohter add on because I do not want more than 8-10 modes in that CF, clogs up the sim too much. Will we get this, not sure, would be very nice but at some point, going to have to investigate a full fledged flight planner and add it in, do not like or understand XP’s version at all.
