What are your plans to improve ATC-handled approaches?

What are plans/next steps to improve the handling of approaches by in-built ATC.
Are you planning on better traffic management with speed control, improved vectoring by ATC?

E.g. in real life published procedures are most of the times only used initially by the approaching traffic, before ATC takes over and uses vectors to improve traffic flow (especially at big airports). This was pretty well replicated by ATC in FSX. Now in MSFS you have to request vectors instead in the first place.
