I don’t know if this has been explicitly mentioned, but for those having climbing problems, turn on all 4 anti ice switches before takeoff and leave them on until you land. Even in clear blue sky. Yes, I know it’s stupid. Something in the anti ice system is borked. With all switches on the default neo can indeed climb to fl390.
