LOL - I have never seen a purple range readout before on NEXRAD. That was one hairy departure from Hobart AU.

Haven’t flown the HJet in a while, got really sloppy on Departure checklist (forgot to preset trim to T/O). It’s still one of the loveliest looking glass cockpits in the small aircraft category.

My first formal flight in Aeroplane Heaven’s DC-3. From Princess Juliana Airport(TNCM) to Pointe-a-Pitre (TFFR). Retrofitted autopilot has problem, so I used the Gyropilot instead.

I have been working on a 5 part series titled
“The top ten fastest and most agile jets in MSFS”
Verifying the reported real life top mach speeds of all aircraft to see how close they get in the sim as well as doing a fun test in the Grand Canyon where all jets fly the exact route at an altitude no higher than 300 feet above the ground.

Took the Albatros from Flying Joseph Ranch (0ID2) to Mountain Home AFB (KMUO)
Weather was quite gusty, but I enjoyed the flight
Then took the DG-1001E for a ride
Landing was quite rough, but still I liked to fight for altitude after a winch launch. Couldn’t find the sound for the vario though

Did some Lööps around New York/Manhattan after finally getting my personal issues with the Bell 407 sorted (although landing it is still an issue).
The words to describe the awesome sights I saw today would get me a proper lashing from the mods, but it was so freakin’ cool!

I casually landed at a small airport after flying south around Okinawa.
It seems the airport is called Kerama.
The cute terminal lured me off the plane and I took a walk around the island.
Then we flew to another island for a rest.

Busy circuit at MYNN (Nassau) - I’m holding up two liners behind me, one at the hold short, and thankfully the guy in front of me cleared the runway in record time. All using vanilla Live Traffic - much improved in SU11!

After the Heli-Stream tonight (which was good and not so good) I took the Spruce Goose to the Machloop 
I was a bit unclear what music I wanted to listen during the loop.
I took Heavy Metal, just to have a bit of Metal around me

Talk about it! I don’t know they did, but there is so much more Static & Live Traffic at airports now. It’s honestly great. Makes it feel so much more alive now.

Just a quick fly out of Gaspé, QC heading north to Sept-Iles. Had to line up behind an airliner for a while and then it suddenly vanished!! Lol. Copperfield in da house.
