Just a short hop from Dublin to London, BA831. Some mist, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Lots of traffic into Heathrow, however (of course). Definitely fast-paced!

With FS2024 round the corner thought must have some level of competency to handle helicopters.Have a feeling helis are going to play a huge part in FS2024.
First of all carried out configuration of my Thrustmaster Hotas One for helicopters.Hence ready for those machines.Studied some tutorials and got my “solo” both on CabriG2 and Bell407.

Earlier I flew NZQN-NZWN which was good, but then I flew TK Haneda RJTT to HK Kai Tak VHHX.
My first attempt at the checkerboard approach, I don’t know why I’ve waited so long, it was heaps of fun!

Continued my DACH Germany bush trip. Leaving Harle (EDXP), the route follows the East Frisian Islands:
This is the small town of Norderney:
No problem landing on the sand berm that protects the town from the sea:

Leaving the islands, we follow the Ems river for a while. This is by the town of Heede:
The cathedral at Munster:
Joining the Rhine at Orsoy, we follow the river south to Dusseldorf:

I think it was rather obvious that Air Canada was going to terminate my contract, since in my flight from Dallas to Toronto I decided to park my plane in the actual parking lot.
They told me I wasn’t fit to fly one of their planes, I guess I could agree seeing how the previous landings went.
So on that note I took the Icon A5 and flew from Toronto To Pittsburgh
