Finished my Tour of about 100 Florida Airports today.
Started and ended at KFMY, Page Field near where I fly in R/L when snow-birding in FL.
Thought I would see a lot more other sim traffic in FL, but I think the other player traffic is not being shown a lot of the time due to some known bugs - I only really had to deal with other players at KMIA.
(Planned and the route in ForeFlight, but used the in-sim EFB for planning each hop).
I have been meaning to fly over the remarkable hilltop town of Centuripe, Sicily, Italy, for a long time because of its distinct aerial shape that resembles a human figure or a starfish lying across the mountain ridges. I finally went out on a limb after the latest Italian City Update.
Often referred to as the “Balcony of Sicily,” Centuripe sits at an elevation of roughly 730 meters (2,400 feet) above sea level and provides sweeping panoramic views of the Simeto River valley and Mount Etna.

SIAI has progressed. I got told NOT to use FSLTL (which had, up to now, produced more planes, with the help of AIG. So, after the warning, I knuckled down and switched it off and reluctantly turned on SIAI, and, voile, a large lot of planes, and ATC chatter to boot. A great step, SIAI. Have not tried one of your airports yet.
You mean my (freeware) one? 
With SI, don’t forget to activate the proper default Taxi Tuner profile for each of my scenery. The one that will allows more spawned aircraft and the proper taxiway routes.

I too have decided to remain on MSFS 2020 with no immediate plans to upgrade. I have a stable working system and don’t want to risk messing that up. ^^
