Just tried at KPIE with the 737 MAX, was able to get a marshaller. Still not sure why the other airports do not have them, most are default airports and still have no marshaller or sometimes are even missing ground personnel and only have vehicles.
I tried several deafult airport, but nowhere is anybody at the GA Pushback. All items are on Ultra. No other addons. Can anybody please confirm.

Maybe this is linked in some way to the current lack of AI traffic also.
Same issue here. Marshallers never appear when you need them. I’m tired of pulling my 737 in the gate with the external camera to get aligned for the jet bridge. Kills the realism. The GA parking has been a little better, but it’s still sporadic and unpredictable.

I’ve the settings all on Ultra
Same here. I’ve played 2024 for more than 1,000 hours and have never seen a marshaller. All items are on Ultra. I think this is a problem of the 2024.

I set all Characters and Airports Services settings to ultra and still never see a marshaller in the game. It seems that in MSFS2024 is quite hard to see a marshaller.
Not a problem I am seeing. The opposite actually: how about this crowd of people around my aircraft just now at Aspen. This is in SU5 Beta but I do not think that is a specific factor in this.
And my pertinent settings
It is not something I pay particular attention to on my GA VFR flights, but I frequently/normally see marshallers. I would have thought that having a flight plan and following taxi instructions would help, but I see them even without that.
You need to create a flight plan from start to finish and select the gate that you’re parking on the destination airport to the marshaller apear.
