i can’t tell you if it helps, but yes you can delete those via the content manager.
Seach for Bush to delete the trips, you can also look for Training to delete the tutorial flights, and Challenge to delete the landing challenges. You can get them again any time and they do actually take a lot of space and i don’t really know why.
