For many RL bizjet pilots, it’s actually faster and more intuitive for certain flight management tasks to use the PL, which is similar to the Smith systems on Boeings. Garmin at times, as well as Avidyne and other Graphical UI driven interfaces, tend to hide key functions in menus. But if all the FMS you’ve trained on is GUI based, PL is hard.
