Interesting development. Since release Live Weather has worked fine for me on one condition: I select Live before EVERY flight and BEFORE entering Origin or Destination into Flight Planner. If I didn’t I’d get 270/2 everywhere. If I accidentally entered origin or destination before selecting LW, I’d just have to select RESET on the bottom, activate LW, then reselect origin and destination and everything was fine.
Since NA update though, it has changed. NOW Live Weather setting seems to be persistent most of the time, but I can only fly the first flight with it. Second flight? I can double check (re-click LW) just in case, I select Origin, and it looks fine. Once I enter destination airport though, my wind is shown as “–” (nothing) and I get clear skies and 29.92. Reset no longer works for this and I have to exit the sim, and then everything is fine for the first flight again.
This is mighty annoying. It was annoying before to have to set it before every flight, but at least it worked EVERY TIME, without fail, and I NEVER had to exit the sim.
Ugh.
