I’d like to see a flight sim and controller that works well on xbox-x because this one is turning me away from flight simming. What I have is optimized or designed for the xbox-x but It ain’t working and there’s no instructions and no help. To say I’m discouraged would be an understatement. I’ll be requesting a refund soon.

Hi, being reasonably new to this Sim I am both surprised and disappointed at the amount of issues & bugs reported from years ago, being in software development myself I struggle to understand the lack of ambition to fix the old issues and from research it appears some issues in simulation updates don’t get fixed from time to time either. Therefore I would like to see much more emphasis on fixing older bugs & issues, bringing the quality of life of the product to a much higher standard than it currently is.
[3RD PARTY ADDON]
I would like to see the flashes of camera bulbs as I fly the Mach Loop, a little add-on that could be great to see. A bigger add-on would be an Airship like the Goodyear one, that would be great.

CORE: ATC that works properly and doesnt sound like a robot. Without writting an essay and ranting aimlessly. The entire spectrum of what the atc system involves is somehow a step backwards from fsx.
3rd PARTY: Bombardier lear 45 preferably a high fidelity fully functioning cockpit. But with the lack of biz jets that dont look like a circus sideshow and no way to just add the citation longitude ala carte ill take possibly a lower functioning module if it’s done well.

Core Sim: bring back pre SU7 live weather.
3rd Party: better replay tool (tried flight dolly but weather/time wasn’t part of replay, maybe I wasn’t using it properly?)

Would like to see more natural, intelligent ATC which also covers emergency situations.
Now we have more aircraft which simulate failures, having the option to call an emergency would increasingly become useful.
Maybe emergency vehicles too. We already have some ground vehicles and ground staff which adds to the realism so don’t think this would be much extra to do.
Secondly, more missions particularly with an SAR aspect, now we have more helicopters & low & slow aircraft in the game this is a big area which could be developed,
Liking the look of the HPG 747 Supertanker in this direction.

Stricter testing of marketplace items, too much junk on marketplace that causes ctds, MP needs better control, it’s seems like nothing is tested throughly. At the moment it’s a bit of a minefield.

A simple persistent recognition of the controller bindings that I have setup for a module. Having to decide if it is worth it to switch to flying another aircraft because that means manually changing the selected profile for each controller is getting weary.
At this point, the system should load the bindings that I have designated for that module as it does in other major sim platforms.
That simple thing would make a huge difference for me personally.

Well, just maybe… The Revenue Stream may have something to do with fixing Old Issues ?
I will say that as a new user of SPad.Next for custom control mappings, my fiddling has definitely increases, though some settings can be tinkered while at cruise altitude. 
Re Business Jets: Have you tried the HondaJet (HJet) and/or VisionJet? Do you have Premium Deluxe with the Longitude? The CJ4 excellent as well. Otherwise, I would like to see a few more Bizjets myself, i.e. the CJ3+.
I would like better ATC. And a better weather system that will actually show snow hitting the plane and not rain (Had that way back in FS 2004) when it is snowing out. And better clouds. In the Winter I get tired of seeing dark mad thunderstorm clouds.

I think we could use some additional obscure flying boats. Even though there’s not great options to launch them from the map, you can never have too many obscure flying boats.
But seriously, and the flying boats are pretty cool actually…
Core Sim: I’d like to see the weather system get a dedicated API for third party developers. I know Asobo said this isn’t going to happen, so this is probably a pipe dream, but we can keep asking and dreaming…
Third-Party Add-on: Using that API, weather delivered from the High Resolution Rapid Refresh numerical forecast model. Updated hourly, with 3-km resolution, and able to resolve individual storm cells, the Live Weather could be incredibly detailed and realistic. In contrast, Meteoblue’s model is 30-km, updated every 6 hours, and doesn’t resolve thunderstorms at this scale. Since the HRRR is US only, it would have to be a third party deal, but I would gladly pay a subscription fee for this.
If we can’t get that, I’d like to see Sim Updates dedicated to specfic sections of the simulator that were hastily slapped together and kicked out the door in a minimally functional state. Things like:
- Water handling/physics/interactions (you know, for the flying boats)
- VR
- Weather
- Ground handling
I’d like spend a lot of time revisiting those parts of the sim, if they received dedicated attention.

I’d be happy with either core or 3rd party for:
- Aurora Borealis
- Real time GA traffic like flightradar24 can do
I think it would be amazing to have real-time GA traffic while streaming the airport’s traffic frequency. Right now I don’t think the SDK supports non IFR traffic. But it seems like the parts could all be there since multi-player does something similar.

no fiddling at all i just spawn and fly i may have to set flight plans up or swap from joystick to yoke or back but i don’t consider that fiddling
