Are you under ms-store, steam or Xbox ?

I don’t have any mods. I’m using Steam version. After the last update the game keep crashing. The rendering issue show up yesterday for the first time.

Hi @Mojawije,
I would agree with @DementedCorn327 - there is a mod conflict here. Try starting in safe mode & see if the issue remains.

To start in safe mode (it will disable your community and marketplace addons): once in the sim, go to your Windows Task manager and terminate msfs.exe. Restart the sim and you’ll get the safe mode option, which you should accept.

He specifically said “I don’t have any mods”. This sounds like the same issue Im experiencing with trees – it cant find the texture so it puts the pink plaid pattern (or blue squares in the trees case).

Why is it so hard to accept the sim has an issue? a “bug” if you will.
It sounds like a DX12 graphics rendering issue to me. or maybe memory management.

As previously stated. I done have any mods MSFS. I have never any mods. I just us the application in its native state.

Please open a Zendesk ticket if you feel this a core sim issue. But without an ability to recreate, it will be challenging for anyone, peer users or the OEM, to troubleshoot.

Looks like your issue similar to this one:

You could try that workaround:
