Appreciate your input. Not sure what was ‘passively aggressive’ but I definitely recognize rude and unproductive.
When someone has an issue with the sim, after it has been out this long, it is very likely others have encountered the same problem. Many have spent hours finding solutions to those problems. The search function is there to assist those users encountering a “new” problem learn from those that went before. Might save a lot of time and frustration.
