Live Weather worked perfect for me as did traffic on release. I now have the same issue as many. Posted it multiple times but will continue to be a statistic as threads come up :).
I might run the game tonight on a VPN to see if it fixes the issue, i’m actually pretty curious on the cause of it, why its happening for some and not others and why some people who had 0 issues on release have it now. Its interesting :).
