What kind of air traffic to use with SU5?

Iv read posts stating that some traffic carries risks of CDT etc, so I wanted to take your advice on what kind of traffic to enable for the safest but also best experience?

AI traffic?
Live traffic?
Multiplayer traffic?
Etc?

hello. no traffic. thety want you to be alone at the airports. at least, thats what it seems.

But if I do want some traffic what would be the best option?

For me, AI traffic causes CTDs. Live traffic seems okay.

I always use live traffic, and the only CTDs I ever get are on the menu.

i cant imagine a simulator without a realistic ai traffic. so, lets wait they fix this. if not: they lied.
