What LSA aircraft would you like to see in the sim someday?
My top LSA aircraft would be the Progressive Areodyne Searey LSX

Iâd like to see a Tecnam LSA like the Astore.
I agree. Iâd love to see a Tecnam P92 Eaglet.
Sling 2 LSA
Donât know if it is âofficiallyâ an LSA, but the NXCub would be pretty cool. For those that are asking, âWhat?â itâs the XCub with tricycle gear.
Atec Faetta, Piper Sport LSA
Cessna 162
Funny⊠I looked up the Skycatcher last night. They had a very short lifespan. After all the initial fanfare fewer than 200 were sold, and the unsold aircraft were all scrapped in 2016. What a waste. Most of the aircraft sold are still flying, so that says something about the design. I always liked the concept.
Also reading up on the 162, there was a law at one point all us aircraft had to be made in the US (according to Boeing vs The C series) I wonder if thatâs why the 162 failed in the US also I wonder if they had any problems with the code didnât match that countries software coding they use if it was a multi factory operation.
I remember that thing. It was a nice idea for a newgen trainer to replace old 150s & 152s but it was priced at almost $150,000. It was meant to be an âaffordableâ LSA. On top of that it was being built and assembled in China which didnât sit well with many. These two things caused it to tank and Cessna called it quits.
Tecnam P92 Eaglet!
Flight Design F2
Tecnam p2002
Iâd would like to see the Rotax powered Searey amphibian. Tried one at Oshkosh and am in love with it. Hundreds of YouTube videos on it. Be sure to spell it Searey with âeyâ not âayâ
Sorry about that I was on Craigslist looking for used vehicles and the boat name appeared is what happened here
Ikarus C42 and Eurostar
Su-26 please
That falls under a LSA?
Would love to see the TAF Sling too.
Iâd love to see the Aeromarine Merlin PSA, a one-seater kit plane that fits within the LSA definition and can be flown in the US on a sport pilot license. As a one-seater, it gets away with a much lower initial cost and lower fuel usage on a 60 HP engine than a 2-seater: claims just 2.5 gph at cruise versus 4.5 gph for a typical 2-seater with a 100 HP Rotax 912.
They also have a (barely) part-103 compliant ultralight âMerlin Liteâ, with a 35 HP engine and a longer wing to lower the stall speed.
