Hey guys,
I am pretty new to developing mods and I was searching for a programm to make custom scenery (such as buildings etc.). I´d like it to be easy to get started with. If there is a software like this, please let me know and if not, maybe somebody knows how to easily create scenery with blender. (sorry 4 bad english)

Blender would be the most obvious option.
It’s free, and very well supported in terms of tutorials etc.
