First time playing the sim on the xbox. Enjoying it but its not as good as I thought it would be. There’s hardly any ai traffic at the Major airports. They feel so dead example I was taxiing out of Dubai and San Diego and I counted maybe 3 aircraft at most whilst making my way to the runway. I know it’s only a sim but shouldn’t major airports have more traffic on the sands? Or am I missing something
Hello.. Did you try increasing traffic in the options ? Maybe to 100% ?
I know what he’s talking about , the airport’s aren’t realistic traffic wise, however personally I don’t mind this as I’m still very much learning the ropes
That’s helped quite a few on the stands now, was using the live traffic version didn’t know you could adjust the settings for ai traffic

On the PC side we have the same issue. I believe they did this to keep the sim running smooth. Too many ai aircraft moving around would really slow the sim down. Adjusting sliders won’t help much. The sliders increase the number of planes at the gates, but not much else.
There are a LOT of wonderful airports in the market place, but I have not purchased a single one of them because of this issue. No ground and air traffic at airports is definitely not realistic. As a kid, my father would take us to the airport to watch the planes takeoff and land. This is not done well YET in MSFS.
However, I just saw a trailer from the company Aerosoft. They have a new product called Simple AI, or something like that. This looks like it could be our answer.
