In the upcoming patch, there is scheduled to be an update to EGLL Heathrow.
But to which version?
Will it be to the standard version, or to the super-delux double-plus version?
Or both?
Or, more worryingly, will they just be giving the upgraded hand-crafted version (which I and many others paid extra for) to those in the standard version?
Not clear at the moment.
We’ll see in the upcoming update
I never thought of that!
It will be interesting to see how they will manage upgrades like this to the different versions.
I’m certainly expecting a correction for this because it really triggers me

thought Heathrow comes with the premium version …
Yes, but there is still a standard version in the non-premium FS2020. I don’t think those users won’t be happy if they don’t see some improvement there, as it’s not specifically touted as an update to the premium edition of EGLL.
true, guess they need to update both versions then
I hope an solution for all the flickering textures at EGLL

I guess the best way is to wait until UK2000 or Aerosoft they release the EGLL to MFS2020.
Or may afirst will be released tool will port easy by own airports from FSX to MFS2020
I don’t think the flickering is only in EGLL - it’s a moire effect caused by fine, repeated patterns (for example railings, stairs from a distance) interfering with the raster of the imaging process. It would be nice if they solved it, as then it would be better at all the detailed airports, and even in low-level flying.

(Premium Deluxe version)
There are definitely issues with the taxiways in general (one is incorrectly closed off on the North side), and the taxi routings ATC give you are total nonsense. I’ve never seen anything as daft as I was given the other night.
A general spruce up won’t do any harm at all.
I look forward to the day I can use the 787 there. It’s completely unusable at the minute…today the APU wouldn’t work for more than 3 or 4 minutes at a time. Utterly useless.
