The Hash Rate limiter does not affect gaming. The “limiter” is looking for algorithms used by mining software and when detected throttles the card, but it won’t affect you at all. I was even able to override the limiter when I was mining last year. Several mining platforms were able to effectively beat the limiter by and large.
As for the 3060s 12GB Ram, don’t be mislead. To start with the 3060ti has a bigger memory bus than the 3060, 256bit vs 192 bit. That’s a big factor and make no mistake the 3060ti will give 15-20% better performance in MSFS than the 3060. The 3060ti has more Cuda cores and is a beefier card. As I stated, if you can get the 3060ti get it, especially if the price is close to the 3060. The 3060 will deliver good performance if you want it though. But the VRAM is just one factor and you will get more out of the 3060ti.
