Turn this down >144hz< is not needed for msfs.
Set this at 120, then v-sync on.
You could try 60hz also, might be better with the 3060ti.
Remember DX12 is beta still and not fully implented.
Stutters: usually LOD try lower.
Don’t be afraid to experiment and always…it’s not about fps or bragging rights
