They made it somewhat of a pain in the azz to report anything over at Zendesk. Ive been using flight sims since '82 and they didnt want me on the testing team. That was another thing they made quite difficult to join. Just my perspective. It’s easier to report it here, and see if a bunch of people share a similar problem, and then maybe that will pick up some traction and someone with patience can report it to Zendesk.
