I have seen a suggestion to reset Live Weather (or Live Traffic, or Multi Player) by turning the “Online Functionality” setting off, saving it, run the Sim again for a few seconds with that Data setting off, then re-enable Online Functionality again and save the setting. Then restart the Sim.
This in an effort to “refresh the connection”, so to speak.
