So you really have nothing to add. My internet connections holds up, the connectivity is good, but the MS servers are failing to respond. It could be many different things, but there is only one common factor: Microsoft servers.
It may be that you are using it at less busy times. Or you have better luck.
Certainly sometimes it works brilliantly for me, but it is hopeless far too often.
