If you click on their name or avatar, it will open a little pop-up window. Click their name again in the pop-up window and it should bring you to their profile page. On the right hand side under the big blue Message button you should find visibility settings, Normal, Muted and Ignored. Click on Ignored and it will give you options to set the duration of your Ignore. Set it to your liking and you’re all set.
