What's wrong with polygons?

Last year when I started my project correcting Quebec rivers elevation problems, everything was fine and fun to do. But after some SDK updates, things goes wrong and now it’s a real pain to fix terrain. On these photos, the first one is not totally loaded and the river is so nice. But once the terrain is fully loaded it’s like there is no transition between each polygon and it’s very ugly.

Someone has a solution ?

Is there a falloff parameter set for each polygon? It looks like it may have been reset to zero.

The default falloff is 200. Yes it’s still at 200. In some occasion I lower it to 100 but mainly each polygon is at 200.
