When is SU 13 expected to arrive?

The currently posted expected date is 21 Sept.

If you haven’t seen the new Development roadmap, they’ve moved the expected SU13 release date to 28 Sept.

I’ve been hoping that sim updates will improve performance and been disappointed for the last 2 years. Have any of you using the beta noted any improvements in performance or is it mainly bug fixes?
