The date has not been announced yet. Historically, it will be around the time of a major sim release, whether that is a Sim Update or a World Update. That being said, Community Management will open Dev Q&A for submission before that, so you’ll have plenty of notice. Keep watching in #community:news-and-announcements for when it happens.
