When should Cessna Longitude "Bus Tie" be OPEN or CLOSED?

Longitude experts! a little help please.

Should the:

  1. “Bus Tie” be OPEN or CLOSED after the External power is just clicked/selected and shows “ON”?
  2. “Bus Tie” be OPEN or CLOSED after APU start and APU GEN is “ON”?
  3. “Bus Tie” be OPEN or CLOSED after engine start?
