Started folks, not Fixed.
Just because you’re used to seeing Started one month on a line item, then seeing it shift to Fixed next month doesn’t mean that’s how it is for all backlog work.
I would argue your best bet is to ask the CMs to tell Asobo to include a new column titled Level of Effort. That will give you an idea of time or labor.
