Today I changed my MS account mail address. Upon launching 2020 I find all of my settings are returned to default My history etc is back to zero and my cotrollers are back to default. Where are my saved controller files? I can’t locate them.
Because the settings are tied to your ms account email adress in the cloud. You change the email address, you’re using that new settings which is currently set to default.

This morning when I loaded 2020 I recieved a message " Unable to sync with Cloud" Try again or play without connection. If I choose play without connection all settings are back to default. Try again achieves nothing. If however I ignore and just close the box 2020 loads with all of my setting in place.
Any ideas how to copy these new controller settings to elsewhere attainable from 2020
