Where have the airliner/GA density sliders gone and why can I no longer set GA to zero?

The AI can no longer be set to GA off. If I am flying out of London Heathrow in an A320, I do not expect to have to hold for a C172.

Is FS2020 now officially a GA ‘simulator’?
