Delta Airlines & Pan Am had some A310s back in the day - So you could replicate those. A program called FlightSimDispatch (https://flightsimdispatch.com/) has a bunch of data of old flights and you can search via aircraft type.
Although not the exact same aircraft, American Airlines did have some A300s.
