The A300-600 is a late version A300 upgraded with A310 systems, so it’s 100% the same cockpit we use in the sim. The pilots (atc too) speak in english, not Persian, if that helps. 
This vid is from 2010 I think, but Iran Air still flies these early Airbus widebodies.
A few surprises in them (like never using profile mode except for takeoff, forgetting to uncage the backup horizon, hand-flying the landing into Teheran when there’s a perfectly fine ILS …), very interesting (if you’re a nerd like me).
