Where is Enable Replay? (Don't see it in Developer Options)

Following this tutorial, I’m not seeing Enable Replay in Developer Options.

Has this changed? Where can I find it?

In General Options, Experimental.

Thanks - just tried it out… is there a way to record the flight so that it can be viewed with different cameras than what are used to record it?
