Does Little Navmap need to be on the 0S drive?
Or can it go anywhere? How about on the NVME SSD where FS 2020 is installed?

It can be loaded anywhere you desire. When building the databases - you will point it to your MSFS install.
Thanks! My C: drive is getting a little full to add anything.
What you have to do to have Little Navmap on the tool bar.
I see there is an application: https://github.com/bymaximus/msfs2020-toolbar-little-nav-map. But after I download, it does not appear on the tool bar
You download LNM , point it to your MS2020 install directory, run LNM , drop this file fs-base-ingamepanels-lnm into your community folder, then when you run MS2020 ,LNM will show in your tool bar, press it and you will see LNM moving map … Perfect.
actually got a question:
I want to have littlenavmap running on my main rig, then use little navconnect to another computer running littlenavmap. I got it to work, but I don’t know how to get the super detailed MSFS2020 scenery (ultra detailed airports for taxiing) to load on the other computer without installing the game on that computer as well. Is there a way to do that?
Mine shows in the toolbar but when the map opens there is a black screen, it doesn’t show the map, any suggestions? Thanks
I assume MSFS2020 runs on your suuuuperfast PC and you want to run LNM on your slow laptop …
On the PC:
On the laptop:
Repeat the whole stuff after next patch
That’s a great post, thank you.
Make sure you have the webserver started under tools/options in LNM
That got it thanks! Should I be using 2.6.0 or 2.6.1? Both say they are beta. 2.4.5 is not beta… hmmmm
you want to be using the latest beta, since those are built for msfs
I make what you say on PC, but LNV don´t appear in the tool bar
I download LNM. Now is in the escritory and on D:\ …\ MFS 2020. Run LNM. Drop file fs-base-ingamepanels-lnm into community fold. I run MSFS and LNM finally show on tool bar. Thank you.
Doing what brokendigit say resolve my problem.
