Pumping in cool air and exhausting the warm air is the principle behind good airflow in a case. You need to increase your case fan speed or reposition your case fans if the ambient temperature is rising that much from GPU heat.
I’m not denying what you’re saying, I’m just saying good case airflow should be quite effective at removing the heat from the GPU.
