Which aircraft have a Wear&Tear system?

All Real Life Aircraft should have a biuld in Wear and Tear Mechanic too.

I don’t believe the FSW 414 has failures or wear.
All of the Black Square aircraft do as well

I guess some clarification would be in order. I think most people assume that ‘wear & tear system’ means persistent wear on the aircraft i.e. cumulative effects over the life of the virtual aircraft and it will be how you left it the next time you load it up.
Recapping the list, the ones I know for sure have persistent wear:
A2A
FSReborn
Black Square
BB Cessna 310
WBSim C172 (JF) some elements at least are persistent
Bonanza freeware mod by CAPTMATTO is a WIP
I can’t speak to whether or not the others mentioned here have a wear and tear model that persists next time you load up the aircraft.

All the addons I mentioned (Denarq mod for Beech 18, Gotfriends DoubleEnder, Wing42 B247 and JPL 152) offer persistent wear on the engine and, some of them, over the model itself too (dust, mud, etc).

All the Flyingiron warbirds have wear and tear/ maintenance mechanics
The inibuilds A300 - wear and tear has just been enabled after the latest update which dropped today.
