Abilene, Texas, U.S.A. Rated at 11/15 (MSFS2024 & MSFS2020)
It’s quite a nice place, PG coverage is quite large. It has that “Texas” feel to it what with the colourful interesting landscape. Interesting area to fly in. Sorry no screenshots, you’ll have to check it out for yourselves

Do you still get the melted issue with buildings if you use manual cache?
Nope, no melted buildings at all! This is why I wish they would implement a manual cache in MSFS2024

Karlsruhe, Germany. Rated 10/15 (MSFS2024 & MSFS2020)
PG quality is nice and covers a fair size area that includes the surrounding villages. It’s quite an interesting pretty area to fly in.

Syracuse, NY, U.S.A. Rated 10/15 (MSFS2024 & MSFS2020)
PG Quality is good, it’s only a small area, but I felt this one just had to be added, as it’s an example of just how nice certain parts of the U.S are! Micro/Asobo got the PG colours right on this one for sure!

Want to add that I have absolutely NO scenery popping in Paris or London, both very solid and look excellent, London even features water under the bridges! Xbox X Fs2020.
Definitely getting frame rate stutters in some of these new places though.

I’m thinking about increasing the rating for Paris as I noticed yesterday it was loading much better, will have another look at it and make a decision soon.
I think with a few of these new places that I added, there are far too many PG trees, but I haven’t notice any stutters on my end. I’ll double check them though. Quick question, are you only getting the stutters when flying really low over the PG trees and does the stuttering go away as soon as you get higher?
I get stutters mostly when slewing the view around, outside the plane. Seems to be over the hi Rez cities, trees not so much. Below 1000 feet, I never go higher, lol.
But then go to Paris, insane detail but perfectly smooth.
Also lately noticing that cars are looking like real cars instead of gross blobs, even saw some reflections off chrome and windshields a few times
Thanks for that, I noticed exact same thing while slewing around to do the PG coverage maps.
There’s talk of them “fixing” the PG trees issues in SU5 of MSFS2024, so fingers crossed they’ll roll that fix out to MSFS2020.
I’m going to check Paris out now…
I have added a few more PG Cities to the list, all rated at 7/15, not great PG places at all, but I felt that they needed adding to the list, that way if they ever get updated, it’ll save me time in the long run…

I am going to increase Paris, France’s rating, I’m still getting LOD issues but it is looking good!
Some places, Edinburgh seems the most obvious to me, the scenery is not ‘breaking down’ when I fly real close, looks a lot better
100 %! It’s a beautiful city but PG is extremely poor unfortunately. The whole country has recently been 3D-scanned so there ought to be plenty of data available.

Hey everyone,
I have now completed PG Coverage Maps for all of the 80 Tiny PG Cities on the 100 Tiny PG Cites of the U.S.A List!
These still won’t be rated as they are too small, and there are so many of them, but it now gives us a record of PG Coverage as of 14/01/2026, and when or if Micro/Asobo cover the entire US with PG it will then be totally useless
Please note, some of the tiny PG Cities especially in the L.A area use the same PG Coverage map as it would be totally pointless mapping them individually and would take too much time, never mind having to work out the exact boarder line of each city.
