I currently have a 2060 Super and want to upgrade my GPU for VR.
Which card is the best for VR?
3070, 3080 or 3090?

It depends on what headset you are using; I have a Pimax 8K X true dual 4K, and I am using RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra hybrid.

I assume you can afford it since you are asking… then go with the 3090, or wait forever for the 3080 it. The 3090 (reportedly) gets +10 more FPS than the 3080…forget the 3070.
The 3090 paired with 10900KF, 32gb ram, and HP Reverb gives me only adequate performance in most cases—with tweaking.
I’m all about VR—no exceptions, so I bought a prebuilt and calculated I overpaid around $600 for the ENTIRE system. The machine came with the Asus 3090 OC. Worth it to me, considering the scalping markup for a single 3090.

Just wait for the 3080TI … I use the 2080TI and its beast mode for vr 90% fluid in longitude. Infsct i just finished a flight from London Southend to Dublin all in vr and had no issues. Ti versions are beast mode.

Not sure as I dint look at numbers i just trial and error everything until I’m happy with results that I see. Taken me a week to get here. Tried s dozen drivers and also started using Microsoft store fs rather than steam. So much better now. I fly the longitude doing regional flights etc
