Thrustmaster Airbus TCA (just the joystick, not the Officer Pack with Throttle). Hall Effect Sensors, very robust, I had enough buttons to perform critical tasks without having to resort to keyboard too often. Plus the big red button. 
Everyone loves big red buttons.
